Title: Looking for a coder familiar with Slick and Tiled

Reinvent Gaming is a community producing free games, some of which are going to be made with Slick. 50% of the the ad / donation money RiG makes will go to charities like Water.org and more. If you are familiar with Slick (or any other form of game programming) then you can work as our new lead coder.
Now like I said, only 50% of the money we make will actually go to us. Most of that money will be used to make more games and Android / iOS apps which means your payment would be low at first.
Things you will need to know:

Slick basics

2D game programming with Slick

How to used Tiled and making collision

Making a game State (BasicGameState) and not Basic (BasicGame)

I don't quite understand what tiled is :\ Is it where you have a bunch of cells for a game background and tie down objects to them? Because I'm working on a game already where I did this by hand...
