I am a newbie, so it's probably a easy fix.
I've downloaded twl.jar, lwjgl.jar, and xpp3-1.1.4c.jar. I also setup the files with eclipse. The window opens up, but when it trys to parse the xml file I always get this error java.io.IOException: while parsing Theme XML:. If you want me to post the code, just ask.

When you get an exception you should always include the whole exception - otherwise nobody can help you at all.

Also 3 days ago I made a patch to TWL to generate easier to read exceptions for theme parsing issues - you should try the new version.
