In java there is JPane which I can add to game frame and put on my panel my game interface. When i move player in frame camera change etc but panel is ok static.

How I can make GUI in Slick2D?

Check out TWL for GUI. There is a sub-form for it with some tutorials and wiki links.

But is it possible to do it with slick libs? If yes can someone give simple example code?

I think there is some very basic UI stuff in Slick (just going off of kev's last update post) but I know nothing about it to be honest. You are best off investigating TWL, it's actually a really powerful library and the architect is one of the most helpful people to have ever lived.

I highly suggest you check TWL out. It is awesome(both the library and the owner)!
