It's only possible to set the filter in the constructor of the image.
I'd like a setter and a getter, such as :

Image i = new Image("image.png", Color.magenta);
i.setFilter(Image.FILTER_NEAREST);

Added in SVN. Haven't tested yet. It will cause the image to be reloaded at the moment.
